Wendy Blacker is the founder and president of 805 Street Outreach. After lived experience with drug addiction and homelessness, Wendy has dedicated her life to helping those most in need. She has worked as a Certified Peer Support Specialist and a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician prior to starting 805 Street Outreach, bringing a wealth of experience and authentic connection to the unhoused communities across the 805 area code. She is celebrating 7 years of sobriety in June 2025!
